Tendercare Pediatrics of Louisville Kentucky KY Sucks.
After saying they would not see my daughter for her 9 month immunizations until we paid over $700+, we are leaving them and trying someone who presumably can actually give a damn about their patients. Despite repeated attempts to explain the situation AND an offer by the insurance company to have a conference call, they still would not budge. This situation is not unique, they are supposedly having problems with coding by the local Blue Cross Blue Shield - but after this, I am inclined to think it is their own fault. If I kept having this problem I would call repeatedly and make sure it was fixed, and would not deny my customers medical care because of it.
If I can't trust you to get your billing right, or treat me as anything but a deadbeat, you are not handling the health of my child.
